Am obsessing about this film right now

Look what I just got in the mail. The reusable bag-on-a-bag-bag I drew for Kapp-Ahl, fabously art directed by Karin Persson / ANR/BBDO. Rumour has it that they’re sold out already! Cats like it too.

New Work! I will do illustrations for the Swedish newspaper Aftonbladets newly redesigned cultural section. This was the first one, a portrait of the writer Liza Marklund, which was published this friday. Picture stolen from Resume (since I’m not in Sweden I haven’t seen the paper version!). 

I’m back in my favourite place in the world, yes New York that is. Happy! Met James and he gave me an issue of his magazine Swallow in which I have done a 7 pages feature about Swedish snaps. It’s out in stores in october, be sure to check it out, it’s not your usual food magazine.

One of the more interesting projects I’ve been doing lately is customizing these shoes from Whyred for (the swedish department store) NKs “Begränsad upplaga”.  A couple of brands, among them Acne, Ann-Sofie Back, Nakkna, Hope, Mulberry, Preen and Paul Smith were assigned to create a unique product in a small edition. The edition is solely 7 pairs! So now I know how to make cliches and emboss leather too, thanks to Magnus at Lädervarufabriken. Lovely. 

My Polaroids exhibition has traveled to Copenhagen, to the new concept store Chi Chi Potter to be exact. Danes and non-danes why not stop by Gothersgade 27 on august 14th?
